In default tally password can be set user wise by the Admin User. In our customization, the user themselves are allowed
to create their own password. Each user will get an indication message to change their password after each 180 days.
Conditions can also be given to the user to set their password in such a way that it should be only in 8 characters and in that 3rd
character should be numeric, 6th character should be a special character etc.
